This directory collects documentary assessments of casino and betting operators known to Brazilian players. For each brand we record its status in the register of Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA/MF), the effect of Provisional Measure 1,394, and the licences the operator declares or a regulator publishes in other countries, always with the date of the check.
What changed with Provisional Measure 1,394
Since 25 September 2026, online sports betting and casinos have been prohibited in Brazil. Platforms had to keep their sites online for withdrawals until 23:59 on 5 October 2026; after that, the .bet.br domains stopped working. This is why some operator pages cited in the assessments were read from Wayback Machine archive copies, labelled with the snapshot date.
How to read the table
“Authorization ends on 25 Oct 2026” marks a company that was on the SPA/MF register: the measure bans the offer from its publication on 25 Sep 2026 and ends authorizations thirty days later (art. 4). “Not on the SPA/MF register” marks a brand that does not appear on that register on the date checked. The licences a brand holds in other countries, with their status and the date checked, are on each assessment page; they apply only to the countries shown and do not authorize offering services to Brazilians. The “casino24 score” column shows no scores in this directory: the documentary index is calculated per country, with the methodology described in “How we work”. When a brand has no Brazilian authorization, or when quotable primary sources are missing for a full assessment, we publish only a status page and a support and complaints page, with no product review.
