Licensed casinos in Brazil: how it works
Since 01/01/2025 the Brazilian market is regulated: only operators authorised by the SPA (Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas, Ministry of Finance) with a .bet.br address are legal. This page explains how to check any brand — and keeps the official list always dated.
How to check a licence in 3 steps
Check the address. A legal site ends in .bet.br. A .com, .io or "mirror" domain is answer enough: not on the list.
Check the official registry. The list of authorised operators (SIGAP) is public on the government site. Look for the legal name and tax ID (CNPJ), not just the brand name.
Compare the tax ID (CNPJ) in the casino footer with the one in the registry. A licensed brand shows its legal name, CNPJ and authorisation number on every page.

No licence = no protection. Off the list there is no withdrawal rule, no enforced age limit and no complaints channel — and a block (Anatel) can swallow your balance with the site.
