Updated on

Stake Brazil's archived help pages explained that same-game multiples were built through the "Criar Aposta" market and that football markets applied to regular time. Cash out, voiding rules and settlement timeframes are described only in the help pages of the Colombian operation and the global operation, each referring to its own jurisdiction.

Same-game multiples
According to the archived copy of the Brazilian help page, creating same-game multiples was done through the market called "Criar Aposta". There was an explicit restriction: it was not possible to combine a same-game multiple with a single selection from another match. For questions about this format, the help page directed users to contact the support team via live chat or email. The archived page did not detail selection limits or minimum odds for this type of bet.
Football market rules
The archived Brazilian help page stated that all football markets applied only to regular time, unless otherwise indicated. The listed exceptions included half-time markets, first-half markets, extra time and penalty shootouts. In the market called "Draw voids bet", the wagered amount was returned to the user in the event of a draw. This rule functioned as partial protection in neutral-result scenarios, with no odds applied to the return.
Cash out: availability and restrictions
In the Colombian operation, Stake's help page describes cash out as a feature available on various single and multiple bets in the Sportsbook. The feature does not apply to free bets or loss-covered bets. After cash out is used, the final outcome of the event no longer affects the bet. In the global operation (stake.com), the help page adds two restrictions: cash out is not available for same-game multiples, and for player props it works only pre-match. The archived Brazilian help page did not contain a dedicated cash out page, so it is not possible to confirm which restrictions were in effect in the Brazilian market.
Voided bets and 1x odds
The Colombian operation's help page details the treatment of voided bets. When a single bet is voided, the provider settles it at 1x odds, returning the original wagered amount. In a conventional multiple bet, the voided selection is valued at 1x odds. For same-game multiples, the scenario is different: voiding any selection results in the cancellation of the entire bet, with a full refund of the amount. This distinction is relevant for those building combinations within a single match.
Settlement delays
According to the Colombian help page, most settlement delays are resolved automatically within 15 to 60 minutes after the event ends. The support team cannot manually settle a bet until the official data provider issues the final result of the event. This means that even during noticeable delays, settlement depends on confirmation external to the operator. The archived Brazilian help page did not address settlement timeframes specifically.
