This lookup answers one factual question: does a brand, website or CNPJ (Brazil’s company tax number) appear in the register of authorised companies kept by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of Brazil’s Ministry of Finance (SPA/MF)? We show what the register says and the date of our copy. We give no score and no verdict: being listed does not make a company good, and not being listed does not prove fraud.

“312 bet” does not match any of the 188 brands, 185 domains or 82 CNPJs in our copy of 7 October 2026. Before drawing a conclusion, check the spelling and try the website address or the CNPJ. If the platform does not appear at all, it was not among the companies authorised by the SPA/MF. Since 25 September 2026, no company may offer fixed-odds betting in Brazil (MP 1.394, art. 1).
The bank refund procedure (arts. 8 and 9) was written for operators with a federal authorisation (art. 3, V) and applies, where relevant, to state and Federal District authorisations (art. 2 §2), which do not appear in this register.
